At long last the frIDge™ is the final solution to stopping your roommates from stealing your food! After being easily programmed upon instillation the frIDge™ uses face ID to track and log all activity by all roommates. Every shelf and drawer will be assigned to a certain person. These shelves and drawers will include sensors making them aware of any motion, weight shift, or adjustments. Any and all activity in the frIDge™ is tracked, logged, and displayed on the home screen of the interface on the front door. Anytime someone takes something or even touches something from an unauthorized shelve, that will be logged and displayed for all other tenants to see. This will put an end to that gray area of not knowing if and when someone touched your food. Now, you will not only know exactly who took your food but how much they took and what exact time they took it. This however does not prevent the roommates from sharing as the activity log includes a function allowing members to send and receive access requests that can be either accepted or declined. The frIDge™ makes living with roommates transparent and finally puts an end to this guessing game of who is out to get you and stealing your food. Don’t wonder, KNOW!

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1
Once programmed, all tenants will be registered into the ID system and assigned to a section of the refrigerator. Each member will then have authorized access to their assigned shelves and drawers. The refrigerator will recognize and log the user through face ID. All the user has to do is simply stand in front of the interface on the door and frIDge will handle the rest!
STEP 2
Once standing in front of the interface this lightning fast process immediately begins! The animated circle on the resting screen will expand, read your face, and instantly authorize you to access your section. This will also begin the process of tracking and logging all activity.

THE LOG SCREEN
frIDge’s customized log is truly what makes this game changing innovation so special. This simple and clear log is displayed on the Interface home screen, easily accessible to all member. This screen will display any and all logged activity the frIDge has encountered. This log displays authorized activity as well as unauthorized activity which will trigger an alarm that will specially mark any unauthorized transaction. Anytime any activity takes place the log will track and display the exact amount of output through the weight sensors used in the shelves and drawers. The log will also track and display the exact time activity takes place. All in all, this log is makes sharing a refrigerator completely transparent and makes your life 10X easier!
KEYS TO THE LOG SCREEN
APPROVED ACTIVITY.
The log displays ALL activity even activity that is authorized. This would allow the user to look back and see exactly how much they consumed that day. This also creates absolute transparency across the system and all of its users.
UNAPPROVED ACTIVITY.
The log specifically marks activity that is unauthorized. This includes a clear red circle around the members profile picture as well as an alert icon next to the transaction. This makes the transaction stand out and noticeable even upon a quick glance.

THE FINAL PRODUCT
At the top of the interface the more important things like time, date, and weather will be displayed along with profile information on the current user. This helps improve the user’s experience by adding hierarchy to the information displayed.
On the left panel will be the main and most important pre-installed applications such as the notes, calendar and music. This will also be where the setting button is located. With this settings button the user can adjust functions and the layout of the interface.
The right panel will display the activity log. This is easily accessible tight on the main home screen. This can also be clicked on and expanded to fill up the entire interface. This makes for a very simple and easy user flow thus improving the user’s experience.
On the bottom panel will be other applications. These would be customizable to the user as they would have the ability to decide which apps they would like to download and display on their homepage. The user would also have the ability to arrange and order the apps in any way they please. If you swipe the column to the left it will scroll and display more applications.
